This does not begin to show the turn out that we had. I just didn’t plan to do much recording. Remember it’s not about how many, or how flashy, it’s about doing. There’s virtual events for those who want to be involved but can’t be in person. This isn’t the only way to be involved either.

this weekend we had my Bonus-Mom’s memorial service. And for the first time since January I finally feel like I can take a breath. Compounding grief over Sara Jane, Mom, and more was a bit much.

I haven’t stopped thinking about you all though. The desire to create & perform never went away. the interactions (you all are so funny and sweet) have been sorely missed. I’ve just been stuck. Grief is hard, grief comes in waves. My grief has been manageable, but still restricting my ability to create.

Grief is hard and takes patience. But for the first time in a long time, I think I’m starting to come around. I got things to work on a story line I’ve promised you all for 2 years. I’ve done research for another costume and got pieces for that! And even set up my backdrop walls! Baby steps.

I wanted to give you all a very real post. Tell you how things are. And thank you all for your extended patience and support. You all have never been far from my thoughts. 🖤
