Young Wellness is considering bringing Red Light Therapy to our community, and before we make the investment, we want to hear from YOU!

Professional red light therapy equipment is a significant investment, so before we take the leap, we’d love to know how many people in our area would actually be interested in using it.

Red and near-infrared light therapy is commonly used to support:

Consistency is important with red light therapy, which is why we’re considering a membership that makes it easy and affordable to come in regularly.

We would like to welcome Holly to our Young Wellness team. For the remainder of December Holly is offering 10% off of massage therapy treatments and certificates. Please contact her directly at 719-922-1365 and mention this post.

Holly McKenzie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Central Oregon Community College in Bend, Oregon. With a year and a half of hands-on experience, she provides therapeutic, deep tissue, and Swedish massage, using a wide variety of techniques to help clients ease tension, support recovery, and enhance overall well-being.

Her background in a clinical chiropractic setting gave her valuable experience working with clients managing pain, injuries, and long-standing muscular concerns. This foundation allows her to approach each session with attentiveness, intention, and a strong understanding of how the body responds to skilled, consistent care.

She is passionate about helping people feel supported, comfortable, and cared for. She takes a warm, client-centered approach, creating a welcoming space where each person can relax, restore, and experience meaningful relief.
