Hi Folks!! Some exciting news.

Thriving Proof and Sacred Oak are moving. Thriving Proof has purchased a building to be its home. We will be moving to 33 Penn Plaza on Stillwater Ave. in Bangor.

This relocation is happening pretty quick. I will continue to see clients in the current location next week but will be moved out by next weekend.

Looking forward to seeing you all there in our new location!!

I am excited to announce that I now offer CranioSacral Therapy!!!

CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, hands on modality that facilitates in and supports the body's ability to restore balance and healing within the CranioSacral System.

CST helps with head aches, migraines, lower back pain, TMJ, anxiety, seizure disorders, blood pressure, digestive disorders and a myriad of other issues that is affected by the CSS.

If you want to learn more about CST or experience a Session, I will be offering CST at a discounted rate for the month of April.

Normal Rate: $85 hour

For the month of April. $55 Hour!!!!!!!

Finally! After years and years of wanting to practice CranialSacral Therapy in one month I will be heading down to Portland for my CS1 Training. Excited to bring this amazing service to my clients.
