It has been brought to our attention that one of our technicians has been telling clients who inquire about appointments that we are fully booked when we are not. We do have technicians taking new clients, both recurring and as needed. We have severed ties with this technician, so this will not be an issue moving forward, and we apologize for any inconvenience or frustration this has caused.
