Corrective extension install and trim! Due to prior cutting damage of the extensions (both length and the weft band) through no fault of her own, I definitely had to get creative with placement of each weft-- but I love to problem solve! The result and client excitement was 110% worth it ✨️✨️✨️

A little life and salon update...

Over the last year, I've accomplished a lot of things that I once thought were impossible. I bought a home, became a landlord, grew my business, moved to a private suite, and checked off a few other huge goals that I've spent years working toward.

What I wasn't expecting... was what came after.

Instead of feeling energized and ready to take on the next thing like usual, I found myself exhausted. Not just physically tired, but mentally tired. The kind of tired that comes from constantly solving problems, making decisions, carrying responsibilities, saying yes to everything, and pushing through stress for years on end.

I've also been navigating some ongoing health challenges. While I still absolutely love what I do, these things have reminded me that I need to be more intentional about how I spend my time and energy.

Lately, I've been learning that success isn't always about doing the most and seeing just how much I can stack onto an already full plate. Sometimes it's about giving yourself permission to just be, and slowing down enough to enjoy what you've worked so hard to build.

I've been spending more time resting, and being present at home with my little family. I'm wanting to start getting back into old hobbies again and learn new skills. I've also realized that in order to continue showing up as my best self for my clients, I need to create a schedule that allows for more balance.

Many of my clients are also navigating major life transitions, busy careers, school, growing families, health challenges, and changing priorities. I know firsthand how important it is to have flexibility and space to breathe.

With that in mind, I'll be adjusting my salon hours for the foreseeable future-- no appointments currently booked will be affected:

✨ Sunday: 9 AM – 2 PM
✨ Monday: 12 PM – 6 PM
✨ Tuesday: 1 PM – 7 PM
✨ Wednesday mornings available by request
✨ Friday: 9 AM – 3 PM

I will also be out of the salon July 22nd–30th, so if you're due for maintenance during that time, I encourage you to book ahead.

Summer scheduling PSA‼️ Currently, there are no color or extension install/full maintenance appointments available until June 30th ‼️

I'm also taking quite a bit of time off in July, and have very limited availability for the whole month at the moment 🩷 If you would like an appointment this summer and we don't usually pre-book, please book using my link or message me! As a reminder, Sundays are disabled and will need to be booked directly through me! July 12th is my only currently available Sunday/weekend until August!

I will be completely unavailable July 22-30th, back on the 31st 🫶
