For those of you who are new here (and for those who have been with me over the years), I thought I'd reintroduce myself.

Hi, I'm Katie! 👋

I'm an Occupational Therapist by education and a licensed massage therapist by passion. For years I've had the privilege of helping people move with less pain, recover from the physical demands of work and life, and simply feel better in their own bodies.

One thing people often ask me is, "What kind of massage do you do?"

The answer is simple—I specialize in therapeutic deep tissue massage. My goal isn't to make you "tough it out." It's to work with your body, using techniques that relieve chronic tension, improve mobility, and leave you feeling restored.

Life looks a little different these days. As a mom of two little girls, I've intentionally scaled back my schedule so I can be present for my family while continuing to care for the clients I love working with.

Because of that, appointments are limited. I'm currently available every other Sunday, and I have a few openings remaining in August.

I've always believed massage isn't a luxury—it's an investment in the only body you'll ever have. When you take care of yourself, you're better able to show up for your work, your family, and the people who depend on you.

I will be going out on Maternity leave soon. I have some availability for two Saturdays prior to then so book soon before those remaining spots are gone. If you are a regular that would like a referral to another area LMT while I am out please let me know and I can send you recommendations based on what type of massage you prefer. I wanted to make an announcement that starting in September I will be switching availability from Sundays to Saturdays. If you'd like to snag a Saturday appointment let me know I have openings as early as next Saturday!
