Birthday Vibes!!!! 🥳🌻🌿
I’m not at Halo today, and instead I’ll be celebrating with brunch and a walk by the water with a beloved friend. 🐚
Taking a little time to slow down, soak it all in and feel grateful for another year around the sun.
And before long, we’ll be celebrating Halo Headspa’s 1️⃣ year birthday (just a little over a month away)! 🥹✨
What a year it has been.
I’m so incredibly grateful for every person who has walked through the doors, trusted me with their self-care, shared kind words and supported this dream of mine.
Cheers to September, another trip around the sun and all that’s ahead! 🥂🌻✨

And this is why I cannot stress enough how important it is to take care of yourself after your head spa.

Drink water.
Move slowly.
Breathe with some awareness.
Rest.
Let yourself be quiet.
Because the experience doesn’t necessarily end when you get off the table.
Sometimes, that’s when the real integration begins.
