The Front Desk Receptionist is the face of our operations and interacts with clients as they book, arrive for and check out of appointments.

The right candidate must have excellent people skills & patience; kind, motivated individuals who are able to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced salon and spa will feel right at home. We offer competitive salary, salon and spa services, Bar Harbor employee parking permit and training for the right person.

Work Duties Include:
• Provide superior customer service for our clients
• Directing client flow through coordination with therapist and use of online tools
• Provide information and facilitate sales and service booking
• Assist in placing orders for our facilities
• Set the stage for the salon each day so it is a clean, welcoming environment

We are looking for a candidate who:
• Reliable and dependable to meet their work schedule
• Excels at working with a variety of audiences and has great people skills
• Enjoys working in a fast pace environment
• Has good computer and phone skills
• Is comfortable with light cleaning and able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Can work occasional weekends and evenings
