Our annual visit to Gulf Shores to reset, talk all things business, talk with other business owners was nothing short of an adventure. We made the very difficult decision to evacuate as Hurricane Isaias is heading towards our area. We are all very grateful for the amazing support and time we had so far but we are all pretty sad to cut our trip short.

I will be back in the studio Tuesday morning slightly sun kissed but very salty!

It’s that time!!! I will be out of the office for my annual conference in Alabama! I leave in the afternoon of October 2nd and will be back on October 13. I am going to attempt to respect my other conference members by limiting my work activities. If you need to schedule, please schedule online or send me a text message. I do not promise return calls until I return.

Thank you all for your support and trust over the years. I know you can go to any other therapist in town and appreciate that you continue to see me.

Cancelled appointments means time for some baking. I still have 3:00 available today. I’m on a diet so can someone please take that appointment because I shouldn’t really start baking pies yet!

Monday 28th 9:00 am (yes I have a rare Monday opening)

Tuesday the 29th at 7:00 am and 10:30 available (60 minutes)

Thursday the 30th 7:00 am (90 minutes).

Cold and flu season is slowly approaching and I have 2 cancellations this week. Tomorrow (23rd) at 11:00 am and Thursday (24th) at 9:00. Both can accommodate 90 minutes!
