🌿 Wellness Workshop Recap 🌿
We had an amazing time at our recent Wellness Workshop with the wonderful Colleen Harris from Aura Homeopathy!

Colleen’s presentation on the ins and outs of homeopathy was not only informative, but also incredibly engaging. She shared practical insights and gentle remedies to support better sleep—something we all can appreciate!

A huge thank you to Colleen for sharing her knowledge and passion with our community. We’re feeling inspired, rested, and ready to integrate what we’ve learned into our daily routines.

Stay tuned for more workshops like this—we love growing and healing together! 💚
