My name is Tanisha Jones. I am a licensed cosmetologist and have been in this industry since 2003.
Clients: When you book with me or thru my website, you always have to list your number..9/10 it's a cell #. You will recieve either text or emails confirming and remaining you of your appt. You are also able to cancel or reschedule thru those messages you're sent. There is absolutely NO reason for me to receive a no call, no show because you literally just have to click cancel!! There is NO reason for you to forget your appointment and miss it, because you will recieve a text or email, more than once, to remind you! Also, when you recieve these texts it asks you to confirm your appt, I need, if possible, for those who book to confirm. I can no longer guarantee your appointment will be standing when you arrive if you do not confirm!
