This is my six week before and after with the Everra wellness system and to be honest, I haven't really worked out at all but my energy levels are higher my skin looks better I have not had any breakouts and I definitely lost a few inches too. I do walk spout more now that I have more energy.

If you are a highly empathetic person you probably also struggle with high functioning anxiety.
You are a 10 but somewhere along the lines someone made you feel like you are a 2.
So you spend all your time people pleasing.
Continuing to do more and more and more because if you don't you feel like you're failing.
You overthink everything you always come up with "what if "scenarios and that leads you to think worst case outcomes. And things may never happen.
But because you feel so deeply, you feel the end result, without there actually being an end result.
You can be in a room of 100 people 99 of them adore you but you will spend your time trying to convince that one person that you are enough.
So just remember this you are amazing you are enough you are a 10!

Good Monday Morning it’s a NEW week to start that hobby or project or whatever it is you’ve been putting off let’s start today. What are your plans besides several crowns and some memorial pieces what do you have to do today?
