If you haven’t heard, we are sad to inform you, Indulge will be closing in the future!

Covid had a huge impact on our already struggling salon..good and bad!!

Y’all know it has been so hard to find help, and we have exhausted ourselves trying to keep up!
Most of you know we had already been slowly trekking up a mountain that we have been fighting to not fall off of! However the closure came in like one big ol breeze and swiftly knocked us down once again, and honestly guys, We are tired and we miss our families!!
This time at home has reminded me and my girls just how much.
I finally had time to just shut everything down, rest my mind, my heart and my soul and it felt good!!
I started with high hopes of being the best and I feel we achieved that in our duration of business! I got no shame in my game, cause I feel like I started and held on with what God told me to do! I was not willing to give up my salon or on my girls, until I was sure it was what I needed to do and sadly for us all, the time has come and if your a believer then you know you ain’t running from Gods plan!!

I hate closing Indulge, & to have to leave each other, and all of you..our clients, our family!!
but I have 2 young boys who need me as well as Lacey with a family and Tapanga with health issues, and needing more seclusion so to not further compromise her!

We are so sorry we weren’t able to carry on!
we have laughed, cried, and shared so many awesome memories with all of you! we were like a family behind the scenes and with most of you! Not many are able to say they love going to work everyday but because of you all, we were able to do just that!!
I’ll never forget the sound of chatter and laughter ringing in harmony as we consulted, or caught up what had happened in the last 4/6 weeks!! My heart would beat in overwhelming emotion sometimes, for me it was the sound of happiness!!
I had become torn over making a decision yet have felt so relived to have made my choice and I know it’s the right one at this time in my life. But my heart breaks at the thought of not seeing my girls everyday and the families that have supported us from day 1!!
being with people, laughing and enjoying each other’s company..creating beautiful hair as we relaxed..ok mostly rocked out to music!! I know there is some controversy over this topic, but I promise I tried to keep it clean and judge the room before cranking up too loud!! What can I say, I’m an artist on a mission and need what I need to create!! so maybe I was a little volume selfish....you loved your hair didn’t ya?!!🤷🏼‍♀️ I bet you’d meet more who say they enjoyed their time in then not!! 😉
I will miss it all!!!

To be real I was just a young girl with a dream! i had no idea how far this would go or if it even would at all! Its predicted most salons don’t make it past a year, we made it 8!!!👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼🙌🏼👏🏼
even when there were just 3 of us and we rocked it!!
Trust me when I say I felt beyond blessed everyday I walked into our beautiful home! I was so thankful that we were able to spend our time day after day..our chairs full, phone ringing off the hook..as we talked laughed..seeing smiles or the sight of closed eyes as they relaxed & Indulged themselves..all because of something I dreamed up and after lots of prayer, took a leap of faith on trusting Jesus to just make a way for this to take off and it did!!

Of course I didn’t do all this alone as we know it takes teamwork to make the dreamwork and never will I not give them there credit!! And that’s every single one of them, who spent time working at indulge! You’ll never hear me say anything bad about any of them as they were all essential in the name and reputation we created and proudly held! Each one provided their time, talent, knowledge and passion to help me grow and maintain over the years & I couldn’t have done this without them!

I’ll always stand by my girls and be proud of all that we were good or bad, I know we did our best, and we loved our home and we loved all of you!!
Doing hair wasn’t just for money, for us it’s our passion, we worked with careful skill to be able to take pride in every client! One of my favorite forever memories will be watching with the others inside as we watched the client aka latest completed head of hair, walk out the door to their car!! analyzing in admiration the way the hair bounced, shined..showcasing the cut or color in all its glory!! Humbly of course that it was produced by one of our hands...hair so beautiful, knowing to us and them it was worth every minute and dollar spent...wowed in awe that we had the ability to create that!

Our mission was to spoil, pamper, and indulge you in a new you and I hope you all feel we did that!
Please know this is what I had to do, as I feel God is leading me down a different path, so I figure I’m gonna lay everything I want down and see what he has planned for me!
Thank you to all of my girls past and present for all your hard work..and THANK YOU Bartlesville, and all of our amazing clients for 8 wonderful years of patronage, loyalty, and love...y’all made it all worth every battle we fought to remain!!!

With that being said, I hope you all follow up with your stylist on their new journeys! I’ll be posting my plans as well as sharing theirs over the next few weeks and we will do our best to close up shop and get you all moved into your new homes ASAP!!

And one last time...
