High Protein Lemon Blueberry Bread 🍞🫐🍋 What you need: 1 cup powdered egg whites 1 cup water 1 cup blended cottage cheese 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup sweetener (I used allulose) Juice of 1 lemon How to make it: 1. Set aside a few blueberries and mash them. 2. Mix the egg whites with water and beat until stiff peaks form. (5 mins) 3. Fold in the blueberries, cottage cheese, lemon juice, and sweetener. 4. Pour into a greased, lined loaf pan & top with your mashed blueberries. 5. Bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes. 6. Let cool before slicing and enjoy!

Today the city of Bartlett with the permission of Shelby county health department confirmed that personal service business including salons could re-open May 6, 2020!!!!

There are a considerable amount of guidelines we will have to follow. Some of these guidelines will not allow us to work as we have in the past so please be patient while we navigate through these new times.

Some of the guidelines(but not limited to) include Clientele Providing their own cloth face mask and beverages. Also customer capacity Has to be cut 50% which will limit the amount of customers each stylist can take in a day. Unfortunately no one can accompany you to your appointment during this time.

I have attached a copy of the close contact business guidelines we will be following please read over these and keep them in mind when booking your appointment.

Please know we are all very excited to see you and working very hard to get you all in as quickly as possible but rescheduling can take some time.

At Studio v everyone’s health is of the most importance and together we can make this work safely for all 🙂

!!! Covid 19 SUCKS!!!

Today Mayor Jim Strickland ordered a “stay at home” executive order. Hair salons were listed as non essential and therefore the salon must close March 25-April 7 until further notice.

As difficult as this is We hope this helps in saving lives. We Thank you for your continued support and look forward to returning to work as soon as possible!

*** Coronavirus update ***

The salon is open ....

We have had no cancellations thus far and will continue to carry on with business as usual. However We are asking all clients to wash their hands immediatly upon arrival and We are increasing sanitation precautions between clients. We would also appreciate minimizing guests clients may bring with them to their appointment at this time.
If anyone feels the need to reschedule we will work with them as best as we can.
We will close the salon if it is mandated by the city . I will also stop all work if I or any one in my immediate family gets ill.
People want to feel good in trying times and I love that our industry can provide that in a safe and sanitary environment. 💗
