​Obsidian: Born from volcanic fire, this natural glass Is often called the "stone of truth" and is believed to offer powerful protection, warding off negativity. Its smooth, reflective surface can even be used for scrying!

They GLOW in the dark!
It’s a natural phenomenon called fluorescence. When you shine an ultraviolet (UV) light (also called a "blacklight") on these special minerals, they absorb the invisible light and re-emit it as a stunning, vibrant, visible color.
It’s like the mineral is revealing its own secret Halloween costume! 💚💜🧡
Minerals like Fluorite, Calcite, Willemite, and many agates are famous for putting on this spectacular show. It's one of the most magical and mysterious parts of mineral collecting—finding a plain-looking rock that secretly glows with neon light!
