🥜 **A SNACK SHOULD DO MORE THAN HOLD YOU OVER FOR 20 MINUTES**
If you are hungry again almost immediately after a snack, the problem may be what is missing from it.
A good snack usually works better when it includes:
**Protein + fiber and/or healthy fat**
Easy examples:
• Apple + peanut butter
• Yogurt + granola + berries
• Cheese + whole-grain crackers
• Trail mix with nuts + dried fruit
• Hummus + vegetables
• Hard-boiled eggs + fruit
• Cottage cheese + berries
• Turkey roll-ups + cucumber
Why it helps:
**Protein** supports fullness.
**Fiber** slows digestion and adds staying power.
**Healthy fats** can help make a snack more satisfying.
A handful of crackers or a granola bar is not “bad,” but if it leaves you hungry again 20 minutes later, try pairing it with something else.
You do not need a complicated snack.
You just need one that actually works for you.

💉 **MORE INGREDIENTS DOESN’T ALWAYS MEAN A BETTER IV**
It can be easy to assume that the IV with the longest ingredient list must be the “best” one.
But that’s not how good care should work.
The right IV depends on things like:
• Your health history
• Your symptoms and goals
• Medications and allergies
• What you actually need
• What is safe and appropriate for you
More vitamins, medications, or add-ons are not automatically better.
In some cases, adding things you do not need can increase cost without adding meaningful benefit.
A better question is:
**“What is appropriate for me?”**
That is why screening matters.
That is why individualized care matters.
And that is why IV therapy should never be treated like a one-size-fits-all menu.

🥗 **EASY MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN BOWL**
This is a simple meal-prep option that gives you protein, fiber, produce, and healthy fats without a lot of work.
**Ingredients**
• 3–4 oz cooked chicken
• ½ cup cooked rice, quinoa, or another grain
• Cucumber
• Cherry tomatoes
• Mixed greens or spinach
• 2 tablespoons hummus
• Sprinkle of feta
• Optional: olives
• Lemon juice + olive oil for dressing
**Directions**
1. Add your grain and greens to a bowl.
2. Top with chicken, cucumber, and tomatoes.
3. Add hummus, feta, and olives if using.
4. Finish with lemon juice and a small drizzle of olive oil.
**Easy meal-prep shortcut:**
Use rotisserie chicken, microwaveable grains, and pre-cut vegetables.
Why it works:
🍗 **Protein** helps support fullness and muscle maintenance.
🥒 **Vegetables** add fiber, vitamins, and minerals.
🌾 **Whole grains** provide energy and additional fiber.
🫒 **Healthy fats** help make the meal more satisfying.
Balanced meals do not have to be complicated.
Sometimes the easiest meals are the ones you are most likely to actually make.

🏋️ **A GOOD WORKOUT DOESN’T HAVE TO DESTROY YOU**
More soreness, more sweat, and more exhaustion do **not** automatically mean a better workout.
What matters more is whether your training is something your body can recover from and you can repeat consistently.
A balanced routine can include:
• **Strength training** to support muscle and function
• **Walking or other cardio** for heart health and endurance
• **Mobility work** to keep you moving well
• **Recovery days** so your body has time to adapt
• **Enough sleep and nutrition** to support the work you’re doing
You should expect some effort.
You may feel tired after a challenging workout.
But constantly feeling completely wrecked, excessively sore, or unable to recover is not the goal.
Progress usually comes from **consistent training + adequate recovery**, not from pushing as hard as possible every single time.

😴 **WANT BETTER SLEEP? START WITH THE ROUTINE BEFORE BED.**
A better bedtime routine does not have to be complicated.
A few things can make a real difference:
**Keep your sleep and wake times fairly consistent.**
Your body tends to do better when bedtime and wake-up time do not change dramatically from day to day.
**Move caffeine earlier.**
Caffeine can stay in your system for hours, so late-afternoon or evening coffee may be working against you even if you still fall asleep.
**Dim things down at night.**
Bright lights, constant scrolling, and stimulating TV can make it harder for your brain to shift into sleep mode.
**Create a short wind-down routine.**
Think shower, skincare, stretching, reading, prayer, or another quiet habit you can repeat most nights.
**Make your room work for sleep.**
Cool, dark, quiet, and comfortable usually helps.
You do not need a perfect nighttime routine.
Start with **one thing you can repeat consistently** and build from there.

🌿 **5-MINUTE WEEKLY WELLNESS CHECK-IN**
Before a new week starts, take a few minutes to check in with yourself.
Ask:
**Sleep**
Am I getting enough rest to feel functional most days?
**Energy**
When do I feel best—and when do I crash?
**Meals**
Am I eating regularly, or am I skipping meals and playing catch-up later?
**Hydration**
Am I drinking consistently, or realizing at 4 PM that I barely had anything?
**Movement**
Did I move my body in a way that felt helpful this week?
**Stress**
What is draining me the most right now?
You do not need to fix every category.
Pick **one** area that needs the most support and choose one realistic step for the week ahead.
That is the kind of whole-person approach Rapid Revive is building toward with future nurse-led wellness support.
Not perfection.
Not another complicated plan.
Just practical changes that fit real life.

🥤 **BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE**
A smoothie can be a great quick meal or snack—but it helps to build it so it actually keeps you full.
Try this:
**Ingredients**
• 1 cup frozen berries
• 1 cup milk of choice
• ½ banana
• ½ cup regular yogurt
• 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
• Optional: handful of spinach
• Ice as needed
Blend until smooth.
The goal is to include more than just fruit.
🥛 **Protein** helps with fullness and muscle support.
🍓 **Fruit** adds carbohydrates, fiber, and nutrients.
🥜 **Healthy fat** helps make the smoothie more satisfying.
🌱 **Greens** are an easy optional add-in if you want them.
If you need more protein, use a higher-protein milk or add another protein source that works for you.
Simple meals still count.

💧 **WATER OR ELECTROLYTES AFTER A WORKOUT?**
You do not automatically need an electrolyte drink every time you exercise.
For many shorter or lighter workouts, **plain water is usually enough**.
Electrolytes may make more sense when you’re dealing with things like:
• Longer workouts
• Heavy sweating
• Hot or humid weather
• Multiple workouts in a day
• Significant fluid loss
Electrolytes help replace minerals such as sodium and potassium that are lost through sweat.
The key is matching your recovery drink to the workout.
A 20-minute walk and a long, sweaty training session do not create the same hydration needs.
**Start with water. Add electrolytes when the situation actually calls for them.**

💧 **ARE YOU ACTUALLY DRINKING ENOUGH WATER?**
There isn’t one perfect water goal that fits everyone.
Your needs change with things like:
• Heat and humidity
• Exercise and sweating
• Illness
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• Medications
• Your overall diet and activity level
A few practical clues can help:
**Check your thirst.**
If you’re frequently thirsty, you may already be falling behind.
**Look at urine color.**
Pale yellow is generally a good sign. Very dark urine can be a clue that you need more fluids.
**Pay attention to how you feel.**
Headache, dry mouth, dizziness, and fatigue can sometimes happen when fluid intake is low.
**Increase fluids when you’re losing more.**
Hot weather, workouts, fever, vomiting, or diarrhea can all increase your needs.
And remember: more isn’t always better.
Drinking excessive amounts of water can also create problems, especially if electrolytes become diluted.
The goal is not to hit a random number.
The goal is to stay consistently hydrated based on what your body and your day actually require.

💧 **SOAK IT UP IV**
Hydration can get away from you fast—especially with heat, busy schedules, travel, workouts, or illness.
**Soak It Up** is Rapid Revive’s hydration-focused IV option for clients who need extra fluid support after appropriate screening.
IV hydration may be worth considering when you’re struggling to catch up on fluids, but it should never replace everyday hydration or necessary medical care.
If you’re able to drink and keep fluids down, oral hydration is often the first step.
If symptoms are severe, persistent, or concerning, seek medical care instead of trying to treat them with a wellness IV.
Mobile appointments make it easier to receive hydration support without adding another stop to your day.
