There's been something weighing heavy on my heart and I feel the need to share.

So often, as women, we are taught to make ourselves smaller.

Don't take up too much space.
Don't be too loud.
Be submissive.
Don't cause a fuss.
Don't inconvenience anyone else.

And honestly, it breaks my heart when a client comes into my treatment room and feels the need to apologize for her body.

You don't need to apologize because you didn't shave your legs.
You don't need to apologize because you didn't paint your toes.
You don't need to apologize because you've had a baby, gained weight, lost weight, aged, or simply exist in a body that changes.
None of those things make you any less deserving of kindness, respect, or love.

My treatment room will always be a safe space for you.

Whether you need to vent, talk about absolutely nothing, sit in silence, or take a much-needed nap, I want you to feel comfortable being exactly who you are.

I take so much pride in my career and in the kind of service provider I choose to be. To me, providing a great service goes beyond skincare or beauty treatments. It's about creating an environment where you feel cared for, respected, and never judged.

I truly believe the world would be a better place if we were all just a little kinder to one another.

So I'll always encourage you to take up space, to feel confident, to celebrate yourself, and to show yourself the same grace you so freely give to everyone else.

You never have to be smaller in my treatment room.
