Charley was my dad, who started cutting hair at age 12. The shop was built and rebuilt by him. The shop is attached to his home where he and my mom raised us, all growing up with the Barber Shop! Dad worked till he died at age 80, sill cutting hair. After he passed, I reopened the shop as Charley's Salon, keeping as much of the old Barber Shop as possible.
