I will absolutely respect your privacy!

If we run in to each other in public please feel free to say hello. If you choose not to, there is no offense taken and I will not approach or acknowledge you to respect your privacy.

Your health choices, including our massage sessions, deserve privacy and I will respect that.

So if you've ever seen me out in public and wondered why I didn't say hello, this is the reason. It's a policy I try to keep in my practice. But I will always be willing to interact so never be afraid to approach 😊

Hope everyone has a fabulous day! Don't forget to move, stretch and get that water in 🙌

Many Blessing! 🧘‍♀️

I will be out of the office until next week. My sweet Pops let go of his fight with dementia Tuesday morning and is now at peace. I hope I got in contact with everyone scheduled this week about rescheduling but if I accidentally missed you, Please reach out and let me know so I can get you moved. I am overwhelmed at the kindness and understanding you have all shown during this time. I am so blessed to have the wonderful clients that I do. Thank you so much!
