Jasmine RaShae’: Movement as Medicine

A Baton Rouge native, traveling back home from Seattle for Day 2 of Completely Unconfused! She walked into wellness spaces and rarely saw herself reflected. So she asked the questions out loud: Who gets to teach? Who gets to lead? Whose wellness is prioritized?

Those questions built Soulful Flow Yoga School, a Yoga Alliance-registered school and cultural wellness ecosystem that has trained 200+ students now leading from New York to Spain.

Meet Jasmine Rashae Guillory: E-RYT 500, lululemon Legacy Ambassador, 2026 Puget Sound Business Journal 40 Under 40 honoree, and a woman who brings intentional wellness to rooms at Nordstrom, Amazon, and the Seattle Seahawks.

At Completely Unconfused NOLA ‘26, she’s leading Movement as Medicine: Healing Mind, Body & Soul, a dialogue and chair yoga session for women who’ve been carrying a lot and need a minute to set it down.
