How I dressed then vs. how I dress now that I know my best colors + personal style. ✨

The girl on the left used to hide behind black and baggy clothes.

I thought if my clothes were loose enough, dark enough, and didn’t draw too much attention, I’d feel more comfortable.

And honestly? Even after my own style analysis, it took me a minute to really step into my clothing personality.

Because somewhere along the way, I had decided that certain clothes were for other women.

Women who were thinner.
More confident.
Women who could “pull it off.”
Women who felt more worthy of being seen.

But my stylist saw something in me that I couldn’t see yet—and she drew it out of me.

Slowly, I started experimenting.

I started wearing my colors instead of defaulting to black. I chose silhouettes that gave my body shape instead of hiding it. I added accessories that felt like me. I started letting my clothes communicate my personality instead of using them as camouflage.

And somewhere along the way, getting dressed stopped being:

“How can I hide this?”
…and became:
“How can I highlight what I love?”

Today, I dress with confidence—even when the number on the scale isn’t my favorite number. 😜

Because I’ve learned I don’t have to wait for my body to change before I’m allowed to enjoy getting dressed.

I can dress the body I have today.

And THAT is one of my favorite things about helping other women.

I want to help you understand YOU—your coloring, proportions, personality, and what you want your clothes to say about you—so you can use clothing to bring all of that to life.
