I just want to start this by saying I’m very thankful for the ones who do give me feedback because that’s the best way for me to learn. This past June and July have been the slowest months since I’ve started. Please, please let me know if there is something I can change. Whether that has to do with the service, or the environment. (I want to apologize for the temperature in the shop this past summer. It hasn’t been comfortable for me either). My goal is to make lifelong clients out of everyone that sits in my chair. I won’t make everyone happy, and I know that. Im not in competition with anyone else (contrary to what you may have heard, I just want to eat.) This is my livelihood, and I’m committed to making it the best experience you can have! I can’t make changes though if I don’t know about it.
