Good Morning! I am so honored when simple acts teach me about the complexities of life and how to apply those revelations.

I am opposed to dryers, unless I am literally drying clothes after using the washer. And don't even ask about ironing. So I did what some may consider to be the lazy thing, and placed my dress in the bathroom as I showered.

Oh this girl was wrinkled beyond recognition. 🤣😂😜 Paid no attention kept showering and in a matter of moments when I turned again, the wrinkles were almost non existent.

This little shower moment served FOR ME as a reminder that sometimes life crinkles me and tucks me away. But had it not been for the grace of TRUE loved ones [not necessarily blood relation here in every case], who provided proverbial shelter and a place to privately shower and refresh I'd still be crumpled.

Who has given you shelter? Who offers you the comfort and space to retreat and refresh? Yeah, I know it's God, The Divine, The Universe -- however you define that power which transcends all.

BUT.... those loved ones who offered you something so simple, but powerful are the mediums through which Divinity blesses us. So I am asking on this Super Saturday, that you take a little time to reflect in gratitude for those who truly have your back.

Remembering, all it takes is a little "steam" to help smooth us out.

I had such fun with my sister on yesterday. Due to our busy work schedules, we do not get to spend as much time together. Y'all know she never wears makeup, other than a signature lip color. So, when I can get her in The Chair, it's always magic moments like these.
