Brands like Ivory, Safeguard, Dial, Irish Spring, Zest, and many popular body washes are often made with harsh detergents, synthetic fragrances, preservatives, and chemicals that can be rough on your skin over time.
Just because it’s sold in stores doesn’t mean it’s healthy for your body.
