COVID-19 POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

1. If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, please cancel your appointment. Please note that you will be required to wait 14 days before rescheduling.


2. Lateness policy: To allow us time to properly sanitize each station between appointments, it is important that you arrive on time. Please be advised that if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled.

Do not bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. SALON POLICIES

NO REFUNDS:

We do not offer refunds of any kind

CANCELLATIONS:

Your appointments are very important to STUDIO 37. Appointments are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you will be charged for 50% the cost of the service for which you were scheduled. Same day cancellations will be charged 100% the cost of the service scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future appointments with STUDIO 37.

​NO CALL/NO SHOWS

If you do not contact us to cancel/reschedule and do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your appointment you will be charged 100% the cost of the service originally scheduled in order to reschedule.

​TARDINESS:

Here at STUDIO 37 I have a 10 minute lateness policy. If you are running late, please call ahead to let me know. Should you arrive beyond 10 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the services scheduled. Should this happen more than once, it will prohibit you from scheduling future services at STUDIO 37

NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS/CHILDREN

For the safety and sanitation of our guests, STUDIO 37 does not allow children, or additional guests without an appointment at the salon. COVID

**IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF SARAH BARTIG OR STUDIO 37 SALON.
