I’ve been so excited to finally get these pieces up on the wall because they represent so much of what I believe about the body and the work I do here at Sinergie Bodyworks. 🤩

When you look at the brain, lungs, and spine, I want you to see more than just anatomy. I want you to see how connected the body truly is.🤗

Your nervous system, your breathing, your posture, your muscles, your stress levels, and the way your body moves all work together. Sometimes the place where you feel pain or tension isn’t necessarily where the problem started.

That’s one of the reasons I’ve always wanted Sinergie Bodyworks to be understood as more than just a massage.

My goal is to look at the whole person and help the body move, release, and function in a way that feels better overall. Whether we’re working with tension, mobility, stress, myofascial restrictions, lymphatic flow, or simply helping your body slow down and reset, every session is intentional.

These pictures felt like the perfect way to visually represent that philosophy. 🌱

A little peek at some of the things that make up Sinergie Bodyworks. From tuning forks, oils, lotions, gua shas, and other little helpers, each tool has its own purpose and its own moment to shine. 🌟

But the most important “tool” behind all of it is the knowledge and experience that comes with being a licensed physical therapist. Every technique and every tool is chosen with intention to support the body, encourage relaxation, and help you feel your best. ❤️

The body holds onto what the mind has been trying to push through. ❤️‍🩹

Stress, grief, overwhelm, and difficult seasons can show up as tension, guarded movement, changes in breathing, stiffness, and a nervous system that has a hard time settling.

At Sinergie, the focus goes beyond simply working on sore muscles. Through intentional movement, breath, hands-on techniques, mobility work, and nervous system informed care, the goal is to help the body feel supported as a whole.

Glenna is someone very special to me, and she’s a reminder that caring for ourselves can look different in every season of life.🫶

Sometimes we don’t need to “push through.” Sometimes our bodies are asking us to slow down, reconnect, and create space to release what we’ve been carrying.🫂

As a mom, there’s something incredibly special about watching your children support something you’ve worked hard to create.☺️

My boys may not be the ones you see during your bodywork sessions, but their hands and hearts have been part of Sinergie’s story from the start.

I’m proud of the business I’m building but, being their mom will always be one of the greatest parts of who I am. 🥰
