If you are on a well, it’s better to let your hair stylist know ahead of time so they can take the proper precautions. 
Well water is full of harsh Metals and minerals that deposit onto your hair overtime, causing buildup. This buildup reacts with the chemicals in our hair color.
It can distort your desired shade, leaving you with a yellowish, brassy tint that can be hard to lift.
In these scenarios, it’s sometimes required to do a PH balance before the color treatment, to help prevent those unwanted tones.
This color turned out beautiful in the end 😍
