⏰ Appointment Policy Reminder ⏰

We kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 24 hours in advance. We charge a 20% fee and/or may require you to pay half of your following appointment up front. This allows us to respect our stylists’ time and offer that appointment to another guest.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service to stay on schedule for the next client. The full service amount will still apply.
