& it’s not just us!! I have soooo many guests who are on limited time when it comes to their appointments. Kids, work, school, etc… life is crazy. In this case, we kept Lauren’s color soft and rooted, while also maintaining lots of brightness so that we can go maximum time in between appointments before needing a refresh.

I’ve been thinking about how someone asked me the other day why I always say ‘guest’ instead of ‘client.’
And the easiest way I can explain it is that it’s the same way I’d treat you if you were in my home.

When you have a guest in your home, you don’t rush them. You make sure they’re comfortable. You listen. You offer them a seat, a drink, a moment to settle in.
