To Our Rhomaks Rejuvenation Wellness Event Guests,

We sincerely apologize to everyone who attended the Rhomaks Rejuvenation Wellness Event. We take full responsibility for not being able to demonstrate the muscle contractions produced by our EMShape NEO as promised, and we understand the disappointment this may have caused.

The EMShape NEO is new to our team, and we are continuing to become familiar with its operation. While transporting the machine from Lavish Beauty Bar to the Civic Center for the event, the emergency stop button was inadvertently engaged, which locked the system. Because there were no error codes or visible indications of the issue, we were unable to identify and resolve it during the event.

After carefully reviewing the machine, we identified the cause and confirmed that the EMShape NEO is operating as intended. We have recorded a short demonstration video so you can see the muscle contractions produced during treatment. The machine is now fully operational and available for demonstrations and scheduled treatments.

If you attended the event and would like to see the EMShape NEO in person, please give us a call. We would be happy to arrange a brief demonstration, explain the treatment process, and answer any questions you may have.

To the winner of the complimentary body contouring session:
Please contact us to schedule your appointment and select one treatment area: abs, glutes, thighs, upper arms, or back. You may also choose a pelvic floor chair session instead.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We sincerely regret missing the opportunity to provide the demonstration you were expecting at the event, and we appreciate the opportunity to make it right.

Please contact us to schedule your personal demonstration or to claim your complimentary treatment.

Sincerely,
Richard Lara & Angela Garcia
