My little buddy Roswell came to check in on me at the workshop today ❤️
And of course…the tools 🤣 so many screwdrivers and hammers to inspect.

These little moments have become some of my favorite parts of life lately. Simple, sweet, and full of light.

Light, love, and a little silliness always 🤙🏼

There comes a point in healing where you realize not everything is meant to be carried forever.

Some relationships.
Some habits.
Some fears.
Some versions of ourselves.

The last few days have felt a lot like cleaning out a backpack before a long hike.
At first you think you need to carry everything “just in case.” But mile after mile, the weight starts exhausting you. Eventually you stop, unzip the bag, and realize half of what you’re carrying isn’t helping you move forward at all.

And the wild part?
The moment you put it down… you can finally breathe again.

Letting go doesn’t always mean anger or failure. Sometimes it simply means you’ve outgrown what was keeping you small.

I’m learning that clarity often arrives quietly… right after you finally stop gripping so tightly to what was draining your peace.

Not everything you lose is a loss.
Sometimes it’s the space needed for your next chapter to breathe.

Protect your peace.
Trust the redirection.
Keep moving forward.

Honestly, I think healing needs that too.

Not just deep reflection and growth… but softness, laughter, weird little moments, and things that make you smile for no reason.

I didn’t find peace until I stopped trying to numb what I was carrying…

I don’t carry the hurt anymore.
I carry the lessons.

And I’ve turned those lessons into something bigger than me…
a way to help others release what they’ve been holding
and find their own sense of peace, strength, and freedom.

There was a time I was carrying more than I knew how to hold.
Pain. Anger. Things I never let out.

I tried to numb it…
and it nearly cost me my life.

When I woke up, I knew something had to change.

I became intentional about releasing the pain and anger through painting.
It didn’t happen overnight… but over time, something shifted.

The freedom that followed has been incredible.
Life became lighter.

I didn’t need to escape what I’d been through.
I needed a way to release it!

Two years into my own healing…
that’s where Wright Collective came in.

What started as a simple idea turned into something more…
a tool for emotional release and healing.

Not just a painting kit…
but a place to put what you’ve been holding.

I carry the lessons.

And this is my way of passing that forward…
so you can find your own peace, strength, and freedom.
