Things I like: school pickup in my favourite jeans 👖 Coffee ☕️ that actually hits. A body that doesn’t feel like it’s fighting me.
Things I don’t like: bloating by noon 🤰🏻The scale not moving no matter what I try. Feeling like I’m doing everything right and still stuck.

More cardio is not the answer. For most women over 40 it is making things worse.
Chronic over-exercising keeps cortisol elevated, locks belly fat on, and tells your body to hold on to everything it has. Your nervous system cannot tell the difference between stress at work and stress at the gym — it responds to both the same way.
Regulating your nervous system is not a wellness bonus. It is a fat loss strategy.
