Just wanted to do a quick reminder/run down on cancellations and missed appointments.

I am an independent contractor and therefore my policy is personal to me and does not necessarily reflect the policy of the salon in which I work.

My cancellation and missed appointments policy is as follows:

When needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify me immediately or click the link 24 hours in advance. If less than a 24 hour notice is given, there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of you wanting to reserve your next spot. This 50% deposit will be applied to the total cost of your hair services when you arrive.

If you miss an appointment, no-call/no-show, the same 50% non-refundable deposit will be due before booking your next appointment. This 50% deposit will also be applied to the total cost of your hair services when you arrive.

I hope all of my clients understand the need for this as I am an independent contractor who is not paid hourly, but is paid when I am actively working. When you do not show up or cancel last minute, I do not always have the ability to fill your spot and therefore I make no money.

Thank you all for your support throughout the year. Especially to my loyal clients who have trusted me with their haircare needs for the last 9 years that I’ve done hair. I really appreciate you all.
