A good trim can give your hair that boost that you’ve been needing. It doesn’t have to be a big hair cut to have a big effect on your overall health and manageability. In fact I like to be proactive and trim/dust your ends before the split ends start to spread up the hair strand causing more damage.
Think of regular trims like immunity boosters and eating your fruits and vegetables, you take them before you get sick to help prevent sickness and increase overall health just like trims😉
