Yesterday I turned 48.

I used to be embarrassed by my age, but then my brother-in-law passed away suddenly at 31, 3 days before my 40th birthday.

Since then I realized what a gift each year is and how lucky I am to be celebrating another birthday when he’ll never see 40. 😔.

This year, my 34 year old niece battled and survived stage 4 colorectal and reproductive cancer.

This year, my childhood best friend is currently battling stage 2 breast cancer.

This year, my uncle lost his battle with brain cancer.

All this to say that I look at aging differently and embrace being able to see another year.

Who doesn’t miss being young and youthful? But aging is a gift denied to so many.

So eat that cake, take that trip, start that business, heal that wound, break those chains, follow that dream!!

Acne Treatment #2

Marked improvement since treatment #1 (3 weeks in between treatments).

Ideally there should be 2 weeks in between treatments for acne, but the key is regular treatments, so however it works for you to see improvement.

This client experienced less breakouts and the complexion was a bit brighter at the start of treatment 2 with no home maintenance products.

Client was started on a home care regimen with a mandelic/salicylic cleanser once per day to start.
