For my weight gain girlies 🤌🏾 use myself as motivation to get in the gymmmm! 🏋🏽‍♀️I love it there! Ima just say it’s not enough of us, it’s sooo many people losing weight and I’m here to tell you that you can do it. Change up your newsfeed and watch what you see other gym girls do, eat proper meals, have good forms and dedication! Most importantly them WEIGHTS ‼️‼️‼️ Im no trainer but alot of people come to me for advice, just listen to what im telling you! Build your confidence ✨ don’t get discouraged because some of us have genetics and nice body shapes so we see results quickly, don’t put no allegations on me, im doing this brick by brick ‼️

Going to the gym is not only for weight loss! We bulking UP too, staying fit for the most part! For my weight gain girlies 💕all you need is a gym with weights & great time management! Just get in there make yourself around to machines you like and lift the amount you want. Find 4-5 exercises you are comfortable with! Eat protein & stay consistent like they SAY! Went from 129lbs to 150lbs & has been keeping progress! As you gain in your lower half you will also gain in your gut I have to work on Abs and Arms just as much as I do glutes and legs so I can even out even out completely. Watch me work 🏋🏽‍♀️💪🏾 I mainly post on my story adding to my highlights! I go 3-4 times a week & some stay at home workouts!
