YOGA + SOUND BATHS

Hi Everybody,

Did you know the Strawberry Moon will not actually appear pink (or red)? It signifies the short harvesting season for wild strawberries. Per Google, its peak illumination will be Monday, June 29th at 6:56pm (CST). It will appear slightly smaller than average since it will be approaching its farthest point in its orbit around Earth.

We’re halfway through June, and I’m offering yoga and sound baths on FRIDAY, JUNE 19th and SATURDAY, JUNE 27 at H-Esthetics! Every offering is by appointment:-)

Here’s how it works:

2. Choose your session (or sessions).
3. Choose your day and time.
4. Choose up to four classmates to come with you. Or, choose a private class.

*For classes with three to five people, please contact me directly due to working with the availability of a larger space.
