Are Permanent Brows the same thing as Microblading?
🚫NO!! 🚫
In my Professional opinion and from experience Microblading is unnecessary and dangerous. Microblading is a permanent tattoo technique for enhancing the look of the eyebrows by slicing the pigment into the skin to form hair like strokes.
Slicing the skin like this can cause thicker scarring than normal. In my training I was taught Microblading can not and will not retain to scarred skin, this is why Microblading needs touch ups every year to look "fresh"
after at least two years of microblading touchups pigment may start to migrate together causing blow outs, and the pigment to go ashy (grey, purple or pink) under the skin. In most of the cases that i have personally seen, clients have ashy or pink brows after their first 6-8 week microblading touch up.

What Are Powder Brows?👍🏼
Powder Brows use a traditional hand poke tattoo technique or a tattoo machine to fill in the brow leaving a soft and natural color or a bold and dramatic look to the brows. This style can be used for anyone no matter what amount of hair you start out with or skin type.

Powder Brows need a 6-8 week perfecting session and need touch ups every 3-4 years or as needed to keep looking fresh
