a little vulnerable post from your esthetician 🤍

some days you’re booked & busy, and other days… you’re just not. i’ve always tried to stay positive and remind myself that growth isn’t linear, but i won’t lie — there are days in this profession where my confidence feels completely gutted.

days where i question myself, compare myself, or wonder what i could be doing better. but i keep showing up, learning, growing, and pouring everything i can into a profession i genuinely love.

and while we’re being real — i’m an esthetician, not a poreless robot lol. i still get hormonal breakouts. i have sebaceous filaments that i quite literally CANNOT get rid of. my skin has texture, pores, bad days and good days just like yours does.

i say all of this because sometimes my page, my life and my little pink-collar profession can look really pretty on paper. but behind it is still a very real human who struggles with confidence, skin, comparison and all the things.

so if you like honest, real, imperfect skin + an esthetician who’s figuring it out right alongside you… i’m your girl. and if not, maybe not so much 🤪🤍

but i’ll always choose real over perfect.
