A little straight razor work I did today!
I am still in the process of learning this, he is the second person I have ever worked on.
Truly proud that so far I haven’t sliced anyone open (my BIGGEST fear).

& don’t come for me about his hair, I was so anxious to start the shaving that I stopped doing his hair and finished it after. 🤣

First cut of the day, done. 💈💇🏽
Finally got me a new set up!
Thankful for my amazing man for going at 9 PM to pick me up a barber chair and mat. 🙈
I’m so excited for the cuts I have today!

Did a “old man” hair cut as my poppie likes to say. 🤣
I let him have his way this time, but next time I’m surprising him with a different cut. 😊

Had the opportunity to cut two little boys hair today.
Anyone that has been around since I’ve started, I’ve either had help from my instructors or Jacob would guide me when I would get stuck.
✨TODAY✨ I did these all myself, minus one hiccup that I was shown how to do and back at it I went.
I have came so far in such little time!
I’m truly impressed myself today. 💈🤍
I am set up and ready for any cuts that are needed today. 💈💇🏽

First cut of the day. 💈🥰
Today I was blessed with the opportunity to volunteer for Kicks & Cuts for our community. It was a very eventful day!
After many different cuts at the church I came home to 5 more fades and 1 trim. 😊
I spent the morning doubting myself and my abilities, thinking this would be a tremendous fail, and a little more self doubt afterward thinking “did I do good enough”.
But I have worked my tail off today and I am PROUD of what I accomplished and how far I have came and realizing all that I have learned so far!
I didn’t get any pictures of before and afters sadly, but my amazing boyfriend helped me out with a quick snippet of doing a trim and snapped a cute little photo of me. 🥰
I want to again thank every one for helping me succeed in this industry!
