TIP TUESDAY: Inspiration pic-after pic of my actual client. Ever bring your stylist an inspiration pic? You should, it lets us know what your expectations are and if they’re obtainable in 1 session or 20 or if it’s right for you altogether. My clients always say I know you probably hate it when we bring pics and I’m like “neverrrrr!” . I always want to know what the expectations are . Also, notice I said INSPIRATION PICTURE, not carbon copy lol. It’s never going to look 1000% like the photo and if it does well damn, pat your hairdresser on the back! Pictures are filtered, sometimes altered and on a completely different head of hair so ALWAYS keep that in mind and be realistic. Don’t set yourself or your hairdresser up for failure. 💋💋

Feeling so grateful for my loves right now! Remembering how the days are long but the years are short and just trying to soak it all in.

Super excited to announce that when I return from maternity leave on May 26th I will be joining all of my sisters at Blush Beauty Bar! I seriously can’t wait to be behind the chair in such a lovely space and most importantly to be joining my salon family again. Amy Flowers has put her blood sweat and tears into opening her very own salon and it’s nothing short of amazing, I know you all will love it! I’m so lucky that I get to call my coworkers family and if you’ve ever been in the salon with us, you know that’s exactly what it feels like. It was a sweet Mother’s Day spent with my little nuggets. There is no job harder yet more rewarding even on the days where laundry is pulled up and you dont see the light at the end of the tunnel. Can’t imagine my life without these two little souls in it.
