Hey everyone! It been a fast and fun year and a half. I have enjoyed both the ups and downs of being a small business owner and can not wait to see what the future holds.
For those that may not know me yet, I am a mama to 2 amazing children. My oldest will be a sophomore at UW Madison in the fall and my youngest is almost done with her junior year in high school. They are my "why" and my pride and joy.
I was late to the college life after realizing how short life truly can be. Cosmetology is something I have wanted to explore since I was a little girl. I took a different path after high school, one I do not regret. I was a stay at home mama for several years until 2020 when my husband passed away unexpectedly at the age of 43. It was fall of 2021 that I chose to chase my dream, with the support of my children.
I am proud to say that I completed Cosmetology School at the age of 41 and opened my salon just over a month later, the day after turning 42.

I've been slacking on posting pictures. Remembering the before and/or the after is a struggle. 🫢 This new mama was looking to feel beautiful again (she's always beautiful). We started with cutting all of the dead hair off. What a change! Then came the color. Ahhhhh it was so needed and so amazing. She is stunning and her hair is pretty awesome too.
