Nova House Yoga

2 years ago on a wellness retreat with Meko Yoga & Wellness, I wrote myself a letter inside of this card. The words inside the card from me to me are personal. But the message carried on the outside resonates deeply today.

Who would’ve thought two years later, I would be launching my own yoga brand and studio.

Both of these things happened with the support and love of my friend Lisa Haslett. We were together on that retreat in Oct 2024 and then this past July, we brainstormed what could happen to YOGA in Beaver after the closing of our beloved studio Sangha Center for Yoga and Wellness. That is when Nova House Yoga was born.

All this is to say whatever’s happening for you today may have profound impact on you tomorrow. You just never know. So show up every day with courage and strength. And believe that you are on your path. Follow it. Be open. Be grateful.

As we build the new Nova House schedule, we’re thoughtfully adding classes and looking for a few great instructors to grow with us. ✨

We’d love to connect with certified yoga and Pilates instructors who are interested in leading a regularly scheduled class at Nova House, ideally once or twice a week.

We’re also excited to bring more kinds of movement into the House over time—including bringing Zumba back—so if you teach dance, movement, strength, mobility or something else that gets people moving, smiling and creating good energy together, we’d love to hear about it.

We’re looking for instructors who love what they teach, want to build relationships with their students and are excited about creating a following around a regular class.

We will do a nice, stretchy slow flow. We will really work into our abs, bringing that sunshine energy from the inside out. Since we can’t seem to get sunshine from the outside in this summer!
