Today, we remember the lives lost on September 11th, 2001 and honor the courage, sacrifice, and service shown in the days that followed. 🤍
In that same spirit of gratitude, we’re introducing our newly expanded Community Heroes Discount - a small way for Breathe Gravity Spa to give back to those who spend so much of themselves serving and caring for our community.
Our Community Heroes include military members & veterans, law enforcement, firefighters, EMS & paramedics, healthcare workers, and educators.
To those who serve, protect, care for, and teach our community: thank you for all that you do. We hope Breathe can be a place where you get to slow down, breathe, and be cared for, too. 💙
Valid professional or service ID required.

Happy National Relaxation Day 💙
Just a little reminder from us to slow down today. Take the nap, put your phone down, sit somewhere quiet, take the long shower -- whatever relaxing looks like for you, make a little room for it today. 🫧
And if you could use a little extra help relaxing, Joe has a 60-minute massage opening tomorrow at 10 AM. Give us a call or book online to snag it. 💙
WHAT TIME IS IT? …Ok, summertime, yes, BUT also our monthly drawing!! Congrats to Lane for being our July 2026 winner! 🎉
Be sure to fill out one of our survey cards the next time you come in for a chance to win $50 credit that you can use on your next massage, float, or Thai bodywork! 🩵
