Welcome to spartan ohana I am Spartan Kai. I decided to create this page to help inspire other men and women who might be struggling with things I once had to overcome. Back in January 2022 I was misdiagnosed with cervical cancer and after finding out doctors were wrong. I made a promise to myself that from here on our I would get healthier and live a healthier life. 8 months since I began working with Primal Fitness and ilovekickboxing I have accomplished the unthinkable I have lost over 50 pounds and dropped clothing sizes and size . I have also began obstacle course racing and doing 5k marathons which is been the best part of my journey. I recently accomplished one of my biggest goals that I set for myself which was to complete a spartan race in 2022 which I did on 9-17-22. I created spartan ohana to not only share my journey but in upcoming months I will be sharing other amazing stories from other wonderful badasses that have achieved greatness. I look forward to sharing my journey with you. AROO AROO!!
