Another year around the sun ☀️
So much has happened this last year that threw me for a loop but I know the best is yet to come 💕 Thanks for the love and endless support - I know I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for you all.

The next few days I'll be venturing into nature solo to reconnect my body and mind, so, signing off for a bit. Will be back Saturday to prep for another big week so make sure to order while I'm gone :)

People love asking how I handle it all and honestly?
I cry a lot. I dance a lot. I rage scream. I blast music. I write. I journal. I color. I procrastinate.
And then I do the things that need to be done.
It's not easy being a business owner & mom- we wear all the hats all the time and nothing stops to give us a break. Just remember to find time for you and know you got this 👍🏼 Let me know if helping fill the fridge will help your sanity 😉

It's ok to not be ok.
I always want to be open and honest about my mental health struggles because I know I'm not alone in feeling like it's all just ALOT right now. No matter what your individual struggles are, know we're in this together and even just saying it out loud sometimes feels better. If you're like me, writing or art are great outlets that feel like a much needed break. Just needed to put it out into the world that even though right now might not feel okay, it will be.
