Effective June 1, 2026 booking an appointment confirms your understanding and acceptance of all policies, terms, and conditions.

•A 24-hour notice is required for all appointment cancellations or reschedules.

•Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee.

•No show appointments will incur a 50% fee that must be paid prior to booking future services.

•Repeated last minute cancellations or reschedules may require a deposit or result in limited future booking availability.

•A 3% convenience fee will be applied to all card payments to cover electronic processing costs. Cash payments are always welcome.

I understand life happens and unexpected situations come up, and most times grace is given.

This policy helps ensure I can continue providing quality care and service to all of my clients. Please understand that missed appointments directly impact my schedule and livelihood.
