I am honored to share that Healing Haven has been nominated for the GHP Holistic Health Awards 2027 in the Health and Wellness category for Virginia. Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with their healing since 2011. I am grateful to hold this space with you.
Come drop your worries in the stream with me... 💜🙏

Quick note from behind the scenes: my body is having one of those weeks (EDS flare), so I may need to shuffle a few sessions around.
I'm planning to make it through as scheduled, but if you get a message about shifting your time, know it's just me making sure I show up fully present for you, not half here.
Thanks for rolling with me. More soon!
Thanks so much to everyone who is so flexible!
