Talk about beautiful curls and color, we permed this lovely lady a while ago, and she recently decided to change up her color. We brought her natural down and color melted this beautiful lady with a light brown, mauve tone. Something more in the natural realm with a little hint of fun and mystery. Whoever said women need long hair to be sexy, YOU ARE DEAD WRONG. There is nothing sexier than a woman who is comfortable in her own skin and loves the way she looks, no matter the length of hair. I love all hair, no matter what type or length, but short hair (obviously) has a special place in my heart, with me being bald and all lol. I had an absolute blast giving this lovely human this edgy pixie cut. She's also a former hair stylist, and when she called really emphasized her previous predicaments of finding someone who understood what she wanted and her head shape- which happens to be my exact shape. So i hooked her up with a fun razor cut and fade, and sent her out the door feeling like a whole new woman. Aquaberry mermaid vibes allllll summer long y'all! I always have an absolute blast with this lovely woman's hair. She came in with super faded pea soup green from our last vivid, purple towards the top where her root used to be, with two inches of new growth. It took a little bit of work and science to get those ends to a much brighter level through those shades of pea soup green- so that I could give her that super bright teal and turquoise, but we love the way it turned out. This lovely bob belongs to one of my favorite clients, and honestly I couldn't be more jealous of her natural grey hair. I soooooo wish mine came in this beautifully. I am not going to be as blessed as she is for sure. We had previously brought her into the realm of grey blending about a year ago, and it has been a beautiful journey for sure. True blending is obtainable if you're willing to put in the work, time, and pure patience it takes to get here, She still sees some brass creep in over time, but remember that maintenance is key to keeping your hair in tip top shape when you're growing out your natural hair color. Previous permanent color on grey tends to fade and change shade over long periods of time without regular toning and touch ups. She's almost completely grown out now, this cut was a healthy next step into 100% natural hair color.
