I am not here to negate its importance but to tell you that in a lot of (most) cases, I can still clear your skin without knowing the exact cause of your acne.

Internal factors can usually play a big role for people, but waiting to “fix your hormones” or “heal your gut” before treating your skin often delays real progress. You deserve a treatment plan that works now while addressing anything else if it’s actually needed. Well, it’s nice to find the “root cause” sometimes I feel there’s just too much emphasis on that when we can clear skin with a curated home care regimen and by avoiding triggers!
